Let Your Care Team Lead the Conversation This gives us a chance to ask important questions needed to provide the best care. We encourage patients to share openly, but try not to dominate the conversation to help keep each visit focused and efficient.
Stay Connected Beyond the Visit Our practice provides four ways to reach us outside of your visit: patient portal, phone, text, and email. We invest in cutting-edge technology to stay in touch between sessions and to minimize any confusion about your care. Please keep an eye on your devices for important messages from us.

Session Duration

Registration, chart updates, and intake coordination may take a few minutes.

We strive to listen to your concerns, but it may not be possible to address everything in a single appointment.

We aim to meet with you as often as needed, whether that's every two to three weeks, monthly, or quarterly.

If you have several issues to discuss, your concerns may be best managed with several visits. This way, we can give each concern the attention it deserves without feeling rushed. We will work with you to prioritize your concerns based on urgency.
Extended Conversations
Our primary care services do not include therapy or counseling. For more in-depth discussions, we can help you connect with a licensed professional counselor.
